For a healthy kick-start to your day fill your jaffle with: ham, sliced mushrooms (quickly fried up in a touch of butter), baby spinach leaves, grated cheese and halved cherry tomatoes.

A little bit of prep for this one but trust us it will be worth it. Fry off some chopped onion and beef mince. Add finely diced tomatoes and mixed beans to the pan. Making sure to not overfill, spoon your mince mix onto the bread and add a healthy sprinkle of cheese. Work your jaffle iron magic and top with guac and jalapenos.

Hot Choc Jaffle
For the sweet tooth, this dessert jaffle recipe is guaranteed to impress. Start by spreading a light layer of ricotta cheese onto your bread and top with a couple of white chocolate melting buttons. Pop on a couple of fresh raspberries and toast away.
Layer your bread with as much chocolate and marshmallows as your heart desires. Melting buttons and mini marshmallows work best for this recipe but if not just finely chop some off the chocolate block and slice marshmallows into quarters. Crumble up a biscuit and crumble over the top for some crunch then serve with a dollop of double thick cream and even a blob of peanut butter.
