5 Refreshing Summer Drink Recipes

There are a number of ways to beat the summer heat, and cooling down with a refreshing beverage is just one of them. There's nothing better than kicking back around the campsite with a few drinks and your pals after a long day of fun in the sun, right?

From early morning kick starters to sweet afternoon spritzers, we've come up with 5 assorted drink recipes to suit every age, and will help keep you cool from dusk 'til dawn. 

1. Ginger Beer Moscow Mule (non-alcoholic option)

This Ginger Beer Moscow Mule recipe is designed to suit both adults and children, or those simply looking for an alcohol-free drink option. The combination of lime, mint and bold ginger spice gives off an explosive flavour - some would even say it tastes like summer in a cup! Simply fill your cup with ice then add all the ingredients.

Ingredients (for one serving): 

- 60ml vodka (optional) 
- 1/2 lime, juice of 
- Ginger Beer to top (alcoholic or virgin) 
- Ice

2. Classic Iced Coffee (non-alcoholic)

3. Grape Sangria (non-alcoholic)

- 4 cups grape juice  (pre-squeezed)
- 1/2 cup orange juice 
- 1 lemon, sliced 
- 1 orange, sliced

- 1 apple, sliced

4. Dark & Stormy

Despite the name, you’ll love a Dark and Stormy even when it’s bright and sunny. It’s very easy to make and is super refreshing. Simply fill your glass with ice (however much you prefer), add one shot of dark rum, top with ginger beer and garnish with a wedge of lime.

5. Red Grapefruit Fizz (non-alcoholic)
