Eligible Entrants

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who fulfil the entry requirements.
  • Employees, directors, officers, management, suppliers, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter or associated companies are ineligible to enter.

Details of Prize

  • One (1) prize: a $1,000 OZtrail Gift Card, redeemable only on www.oztrail.com.au.
  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • $1,000 AUD (incl. GST)

Method of Entry

To enter, an entrant must, during the promotional period:

  1. Leave a new, unique product review on www.oztrail.com.au for a product they have purchased.
  2. Reviews can be positive, neutral, or negative—honest feedback is encouraged.

Maximum Number of Entries

  • Entrants can enter as many times as they like over the promotional period.
  • Each entry must be based on a separate purchase.

Prize Draw

  • The winner will be selected via random electronic draw.
  • Location of draw: 71 Charles Ulm Pl, Eagle Farm QLD 4009
  • Draw date: The draw will take place within 7 days after the promotion ends.

Notification of Winner

  • The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 5 business days of the draw.
  • The winner’s first name and state/territory will be published on www.oztrail.com.au within 7 business days of the draw.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

  • If the prize is not claimed within 3 months, a random unclaimed prize draw will occur.
  • Unclaimed prize draw date: 10 March 2026
  • Unclaimed prize draw location: 71 Charles Ulm Pl, Eagle Farm QLD 4009
  • The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the unclaimed prize draw.

Terms & Conditions of Entry

  1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms & conditions. By participating in this Promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Entry.

  2. Entry is only open to legal residents of the Eligible States/Territories who meet the Method of Entry requirements. Employees, suppliers, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter and associated companies are ineligible to enter.

  3. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period.

  4. The prize details are outlined in the "Details of Prize" section.

  5. Total prize pool value is listed in the "Total Prize Value" section.

  6. The prize is valued in Australian dollars (AUD).

  7. To enter the Promotion, entrants must follow the Method of Entry. Failure to comply will result in an invalid entry. The Promoter will not notify entrants of invalid entries.

  8. Entrants can enter as many times as they like during the Promotion Period, provided each entry is linked to a separate purchase.

  9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

    • Late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
    • Any technical malfunctions or system failures affecting the entry process.

  10. The prize will be awarded to a randomly selected valid entry using a fair and transparent random electronic draw.

  11. The winner does not need to be present at the draw unless expressly stated otherwise.

  12. Winners will be notified via phone and/or email within the timeframe specified in the Notification of Winner section.

  13. The Promoter is not responsible for being unable to contact the winner due to incorrect or incomplete contact details. If an entrant's contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify the Promoter.

  14. If the prize is unclaimed by the specified date, an unclaimed prize draw will occur as outlined in the Unclaimed Prize Draw section.

  15. The OZtrail Gift Card is redeemable only on www.oztrail.com.au. It is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.

  16. Entrants are responsible for any tax implications that may arise from accepting the prize.

  17. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.

  18. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

  • Provides misleading or fraudulent information.
  • Tampers with the entry process.
  • Fails to comply with these Terms of Entry.

  1. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered due to participation in the Promotion or use of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  2. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering, entrants agree that their reviews may be used for marketing purposes.
