Method of Entry

To enter, an entrant must, during the promotional period:

1. Leave a new, unique product review on www.oztrail.com.au for a product they have purchased, or
2. Leave a new, unique Google review about the product and their purchase experience via the review email they received from OZtrail.
3. Reviews can be positive, neutral, or negative—honest feedback is encouraged.

*Please note: All eligible entries - whether via a product review on oztrail.com.au or a Google review submitted through our email - go into the same prize draw. Only one (1) prize will be awarded.

Maximum Number of Entries

• Entrants can enter as many times as they like over the promotional period.

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms & conditions. By participating in this Promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Entry.

2. Entry is only open to legal residents of the Eligible States/Territories who meet the Method of Entry requirements. Employees, suppliers, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter and associated companies are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period.

4. The prize details are outlined in the "Details of Prize" section.

5. Total prize pool value is listed in the "Total Prize Value" section.

6. The prize is valued in Australian dollars (AUD).

7. To enter the Promotion, entrants must follow the Method of Entry. Failure to comply will result in an invalid entry. The Promoter will not notify entrants of invalid entries.

8. Entrants can enter as many times as they like during the Promotion Period, provided each entry is linked to a separate purchase.

9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

   • Late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
   • Any technical malfunctions or system failures affecting the entry process.

10. The prize will be awarded to a randomly selected valid entry using a fair and transparent random electronic draw.

11. The winner does not need to be present at the draw unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Winners will be notified via phone and/or email within the timeframe specified in the Notification of Winner section.

13. The Promoter is not responsible for being unable to contact the winner due to incorrect or incomplete contact details. If an entrant's contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify the Promoter.

15. The OZtrail Gift Card is redeemable only on www.oztrail.com.au. It is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.

16. Entrants are responsible for any tax implications that may arise from accepting the prize.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.

18. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

• Provides misleading or fraudulent information.
• Tampers with the entry process.

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the product review promotion ("Promotion") conducted by Adventure Operations ("the Business"), located in Australia. 1.2 By participating in the Promotion, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of Australia. 2.2 Employees of the Business, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate unless explicitly stated.

3. Purpose of the Promotion

3.1 The Promotion is conducted for research, feedback, and marketing purposes to improve the Business's services, products, or customer experiences. 3.2 Participation involves submitting a genuine product review on the Business's website (oztrail.com.au). 3.3 Participants who submit a product review with a photo are eligible for a higher-value voucher. 3.4 Participation is entirely voluntary.

4. Incentives

4.1 Participants who complete a qualifying product review from an email offering a $25 voucher, will receive a $25 gift voucher. And for those participants who complete a qualifying product review with a photo will receive a $35 gift voucher in total.  Those vouchers can be used on orders over $80 (excluding shipping costs) at www.oztrail.com.au  4.2 Participants who complete a qualifying product review from an email offering a $50 voucher, will receive a $50 gift voucher. And for those participants who complete a qualifying product review with a photo will receive a $60 gift voucher in total.  Those vouchers can be used on orders over $100 (excluding shipping costs) at www.oztrail.com.au  4.3 Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed within 12 months of issue. 4.4 The Business is not responsible for lost or expired vouchers. 4.5 Vouchers cannot be used for shipping costs. 4.6 Vouchers cannot be used with any other voucher.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

5.1 The information collected through the review submission will be used in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. 5.2 Any personal information collected will be anonymized unless explicit consent is provided by the Participant. 5.3 The Business will not share personal data with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law. 5.4 For more information on how your data is handled, please refer to the Business's Privacy policy.

6. Participant Responsibilities

6.1 Participants must provide truthful and accurate information in their product reviews. 6.2 The Business reserves the right to disqualify Participants who provide false or misleading reviews.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All data, feedback, and insights provided in the product review become the intellectual property of the Business. 7.2 Participants waive any claims to ownership or compensation for the use of their feedback beyond the provided incentive.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Business will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Promotion or the use of the gift voucher. 8.2 The Business does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any product reviews submitted.

9. Promotion Modifications

9.1 The Business reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. 9.2 Any changes to these Terms will be communicated through the Business's official channels.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. 10.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

This voucher can be used on orders over $80 (excluding shipping costs) at oztrail.com.au. 4.2 Participants who receive the second round of Surveys by participating in the 3-minute phone call will receive a $50 gift voucher as a token of appreciation. This voucher can be used on orders over $100 (excluding shipping costs) at oztrail.com.au. 4.3 The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed within 12 months of issue. 4.4 The Business is not responsible for lost or expired vouchers. 4.5 The voucher cannot be used for shipping costs. 4.6 The voucher cannot be used with any other voucher.

5. Data Collection and Privacy
